What personal data we process
We only process data you provide to us or that arises when you use the website:
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject, message text.
- Property inquiry: property code and title, link to the property page (when sent from a listing detail page).
- Technical data when visiting the site: IP address, browser type, visit time – only as necessary to run the site and, after your consent, for Google Analytics (see Cookie policy).
- Cookie consent: your choice in the cookie banner (stored in your browser).
Purposes of processing
We use the data to respond to your enquiries, arrange meetings, and provide real estate brokerage services, to handle property-specific requests, to operate and secure the website, and to improve the site (anonymous traffic statistics after consent to analytics cookies).
Legal basis
Contact and inquiry forms are processed on the basis of steps prior to a contract or legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are processed only with your consent. Essential cookies for storing your cookie choice and basic site operation are processed on the basis of legitimate interest.
Who receives the data
Data may be shared with trusted processors who help us run the website: hosting provider (Netlify), email delivery (REMAX mail server / SMTP), and optionally Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) – only if you consent to analytics cookies. We only share data necessary for the relevant service. Processors are bound by contract and process data only on our instructions.
Retention period
Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle communication and any follow-up cooperation, usually no longer than 3 years from the last contact unless the law requires a longer period. Hosting technical logs may be retained for the period set by the hosting provider. Cookie consent is stored in the browser until you delete it.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Relationship to REMAX
Jana Bodakova is an independent entrepreneur working under the REMAX brand. Processing related to REMAX franchise membership may be subject to separate REMAX Czech Republic policies. If REMAX provides a unified privacy policy for agent websites, we recommend using it or aligning this text with it.
