Jana is the driving force behind the whole office. Under the REMAX brand she has been specialising in sales and lettings in Brno and the surrounding area for over 7 years. She is a Brno native and has spent most of her life in Židenice, which she knows like few others, and thanks to years spent in Kuřim she is also close to locations north of Brno.

She focuses on areas she truly knows – not only from price maps but above all from everyday life and practice. That helps her advise clients, set the right strategy and connect the right properties with the right people.

She prides herself on a personal approach, fair dealing and thorough preparation of every transaction. She works in real estate with enthusiasm and a clear goal: for sale, purchase or letting to go as smoothly as possible, without stress and with a result the client is genuinely happy with.

Peter has been working for four years as an independent financial adviser under Solidity Birchmont. He helps clients finance their housing – from favourable mortgages through insurance, loans, investments and savings to other financial services.

Because finance and property are closely linked, he gradually became involved in the financial side of property transactions, helping clients align buying and selling with the right financing so the whole process makes sense today and in the future.

In January 2026 he passed his estate agent exams and now also works in property. His main focus remains financial advice – especially mortgages and insurance.

He helps clients find solutions that connect their property plans with financial reality. Whether they are buying a home, an investment property or letting, Peter can explain options clearly, highlight important connections and suggest a path that fits their current situation and long-term plans.

Petra handles full marketing, advertising and presentation of properties for successful sales and lettings. She makes sure every property looks its best and reaches the right audience.

She is responsible for preparing properties before photography, home staging, listings, social media, ad campaigns and printed materials. She can capture a property’s character, find its strengths and present them in a way that appeals at first sight.

Even a long-unoccupied house can, with the right preparation and sensitive presentation, become an offer that generates interest and appeals to buyers.

Besides marketing, she also handles automation of internal processes so information about properties reaches clients and interested parties quickly, clearly and in full.
